From exit 52 just north of the town of Walsenburg, take I25 northwest
for about 3.5 miles. Turn right onto the frontage road and go about
0.7 miles to Road 102.1. Turn right and go 1 mile to Road 102. Turn
left and go about 2.5 miles to Road 103. Continue past Road 103 for
about 0.6 miles. The northwest corner of the property lies to the
east (right) 925 feet from the road. Please take a copy of the map
and these directions with you when visiting the property.
