From the town of Hartsel, Colorado: Take Highway 9 south for two miles to County Road 53. Turn right and
go 1/4 mile to the curve. Set your odometer and turn left. Go about one mile. Stay right on CR 53 and go
another 11.0 miles to Lenape Trail. Turn left on Lenape and go 1.2 miles to the southwest corner of the
property, which is on the left (north) side of the road. Go 260 feet further to the southeast corner, which is
also on the left. The northwest and northeast corners are about 843 feet and 922 feet north of those corners.
Each corner is marked with a wooden stake wrapped with orange survey tape. The two south corners also have
the original metal survey markers present. The two north corners were marked with a GPS and should be very
close.
