Description
The views at this mountain property are breathtaking in three directions. There is good road access
directly to the property for 1/4 mile from the main road, so it's easy to get to but off of the beaten
path. It's a corner lot, with road access on the south and west sides. The terrain is almost level
at the front of the property and gently rises toward the back where it's moderately steep. This would
be an ideal spot for a cabin or mountain home, with plenty of privacy. There are a few cabins within
a mile or so of the property.
The dimensions of the lot are about 470 feet by 451 feet and it is nearly square in shape.
It's about a 4 mile drive to the Pike National Forest from here and about 15 minutes to the San Isabel
National Forest, which are many miles of woods and meadows open to the public.
Approximate GPS coordinates of the southwest corner: 38.833893 -105.772806
