Description
This property has a seasonal creek running across the front. I say "seasonal" because even though
there has been water in it during all seasons of the year when I have been there, it could go dry
at some point.
The mountain views are beautiful from the property to the northwest and west. This would be a great
place for a cabin or mountain home with good road access and a location that would give you plenty
of privacy. It is nearly level, so you can choose from many places on the 5.1 acres to build your home.
There is a nice cabin a few hundred yards to the south. Some of Colorado's finest ski/snowboard
resorts are just over an hour from here.
The dimensions of the lot are over 866 feet by more than 250 feet and it is nearly rectangular in shape.
It's a short drive to the Pike National Forest from here and about 15 minutes to the San Isabel National
Forest, which are many miles of woods and meadows open to the public.
Approximate GPS coordinates of the southeast corner: 38.800652 -105.747984
