The lot isn't large enough to build upon as a full 1/2 acre is required, but it would
be a great place to relax and spend time in the beautiful state of Colorado. It's my
understanding that short term camping is allowed, but that long term (living in a
camper) is not. If you acquired one of the neighboring lots, you would have enough
acreage to build a home, and this would be a great location for it.

Directions
Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of town,
take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go 1.2 miles
to County Road 504. Do not turn on CR 504, instead continue straight on Faris Blvd for
0.4 miles. Stay left at the curve on Faris Blvd and continue for just under 0.2 miles to the
property which is on the left. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake and the original
metal survey stake. If you visit the property, please take a copy of the map and these
directions.
