Directions
Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of town,
take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go 1.2 miles
to County Road 504. Do not turn on CR 504, instead continue straight on Faris Blvd for
0.3 miles to Francisco Ave. (unmarked). Turn left on Francisco Ave and go about 0.15
miles (800 feet) to the Southeast corner of the property which is on the left. Continue
295 feet further to the Northeast corner. The Western corners are 170 feet to the West
of the those two corners. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake wrapped with orange
survey tape and the original metal survey stake.
