Description
If you desire some of the best views around and a beautiful forest on your property, this is the one.
Buried deep in the Colorado Rockies and just over an hour from more than one great ski/snowboard
resort, this is some of the best Colorado has to offer. Dense aspen and pine trees cover about 2/3
of the lot at the back with open meadow next to the road at the front. This is your mountain getaway!
The dimensions of the lot are about 505 feet by 281 feet by 501 feet by 239 feet and it is almost
rectangular in shape. The front of the property next to the road has a mild to moderate slope. At
the edge of the trees, the lot slopes steeper downhill and levels out to a mild slope near the back
of the lot.
It's a short drive to the Pike National Forest from here and not far to the San Isabel National
Forest, which are many miles of woods and meadows open to the public.
Approximate GPS coordinates of the southeast corner: 38.76395 -105.75101
