Description
This lot is primarily level and a little bit rolling in places and has beautiful wide open
views in every direction. There are a few pinons, small pines and junipers on the property
and it is close to a very nice state park. How would you like to wake up in the morning
and look out at these views! It's hard to find a property with views like this in a great
location especially at these prices!

Right next to this property is lot 117, which is 4.5 acres and is also for sale.

Distance to electrical power: Only about 125 feet away. Underground phone lines are
close also.

Directions

Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of town,
take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go 1.2 miles
to County Road 504. Do not turn on CR 504, instead continue straight on Faris Blvd for
0.3 miles to Francisco Ave. Turn left on Francisco Ave and go 283 feet to Anza Drive,
which is unmarked and has not been used much over the years. Turn left on Anza Drive
and go 0.2 miles to the end of the road and the property is straight ahead and on the
right. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake wrapped with orange survey tape and
the original metal survey stake. If you visit the property, please take a copy of these
directions and the map.
