Description
This lot is level at the road entrance and all the way to the front of the main part
of the property where there is a ridge top where you can see for miles around. There
is a nice building spot at that point with spectacular views including the Spanish Peaks,
Greenhorn Mountain, the Sangre De Cristo Mountains and the rolling hills to the North.
The terrain drops down on the other side of the ridge to a heavily treed level area where
there are two very nice homes on the lots next door. One of those neighbors told me his
well is so good he could bottle the water and sell it.
This would be a great place to build given the views, trees, electrical power and phone
right at the lot. The entrance is on the main road (county maintained), but the main
part of the property is set away from the road for privacy.
