Directions
Turn off of I25 at Exit 52 toward Walsenburg. Go a short distance to Highway 69
and turn right. Travel 3.1 miles to County Road 504 and turn left. Go 1.25 miles
staying left to Puesta Drive (unmarked). Turn right on Puesta and go about 0.25 miles
to the first road on the left. Turn left there and go to the end of the cul-de-sac,
which is a little less than 400 feet. See lot 465 on the map for the location of
the property corners. Each corner is well marked with a wooden stake wrapped with
orange tape and the original metal survey marker. If you visit the property, remember
to bring a copy of the map and these directions.
