Directions
Take I25 to exit 52 and turn right to get to the town of Walsenburg. At the center of
town, take Highway 160 West for 4.9 miles to the Cucharas Inn. Turn right and go
1.2 miles to County Road 504. Turn left on County Road 504 and go just over 4 .3
miles past the curve in the road and a couple hundred feet past the triangle-shaped
median on the left side of the road to Puesta Drive (unmarked). Turn left on Puesta
and go about 0.2 miles to the first road which is Salida Drive. Turn right on Salida
Drive and go a short distance to the first road which is Salida Circle. The property
is on the left just past Salida Circle and is marked with wooden stakes and the original
metal survey stakes. Please take a copy of the map and these directions with you when
visiting the property.
