SOUTH PARK RANCHES SUBDIVISION
Located in Park County in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, this large land subdivision
of 2 to 7 acre properties is near skiing, hunting, some of the best fishing in Colorado and much
more. Many lots have spectacular mountain views and road access tends to be very good. The
area gets frequent snowfall in the winter, but as with much of the state, the abundant sunshine
will often melt it quickly.
Spinney Mountain Reservoir and Elevenmile Reservoir are close, along with the South Platte
River that has gold medal flyfishing for trout. Antero Reservoir is also near as are the Pike
National Forest and San Isabel National Forest with hundreds of square miles of woods and
meadows open to the public.
There is no homeowners association and there are no homeowners association fees.
Elk, deer, pronghorn antelope and small animals and birds are plentiful here.
