Description
This great mountain property is very gently sloped and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains
and you can see for miles. It has good road access, but is well off of the main road and sees very little
traffic. It's just a few minutes drive from Highway 24 in the Colorado Rockies not far from some of the
best fishing and boating lakes in the state. The property is located about an hour west of Colorado
Springs and about an hour and a half southwest of Denver. The national forest is just a few miles away
and has hundreds of square miles of forest and meadows with elk, deer and lots of other wildlife.
The dimensions of the lot are 350 feet by 640 feet by 310 feet by 660 feet. This would be a perfect place
for a mountain home or cabin.

Lot 14 Directions
From the town of Hartsel, go 1.8 miles east to Washington Street. Turn north and go about 0.75 miles
to Fairview Road. Turn right and go about 1/4 mile to Shadrac Drive. Turn right and go about 350 feet
to the northwest corner of the property. Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac and the southwest corner
is on the left. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake wrapped with orange survey tape. The east
corners are about 640 feet from the road and marked in same way. The northwest corner has the original
