From Colorado Springs: Take Highway 24 west past Lake George and over Wilkerson Pass to mile
marker 244. Continue another 200 yards to Elkhorn road (County Road 15). Turn right and go about
3.9 miles to Margaret Place (unmarked). If you got to Goldenburg Canyon Road, you went 0.25 miles
too far. Turn left (southeast) on Margaret Place and go about 0.45 miles to the T in the road. Turn left
and go about 0.15 miles to the corner. Turn right there and go 0.6 miles to the west corner of the
property, which is on the left in the ditch. Go another 330 feet to the south corner. The other two
corners lie about 600 feet from the road. Each corner is marked with a wooden stake wrapped with
orange survey tape. Please take a copy of the map and these directions with you when visiting the
property.

From Denver: Take Highway 285 Southwest past the town of Jefferson and almost to the town of Como.
Go South 1/3 of a mile past mile marker 193 to Elkhorn Road (County Road 15). Turn left (Southeast)
and go 3.5 miles. At the fork in the road, stay right and go another 15.7 miles to Margaret Place, which
is about 0.25 miles past Goldenburg Canyon Road. Turn left (southeast) on Margaret Place and go about
